Glass Straight-line Edging Machine

改系列机器采用无链条轴承滚动链板结构，传送平稳。适用于各种平板玻璃的底边、棱边的磨削和抛光。棱边抛光采用羊毛轮抛光，抛光亮度高。控制系统采用PLC控制，可自动、手动转换。人机界面清楚显示玻璃厚度和加工速度等各种参数,参数的输入和修改直观、便捷，自动化程度高。传送速度采用变频调速，主传动电机采用变频电机。能在本机上进行修磨后板，并设有后板自动清洗装置。输送导轨可升降，方便玻璃切削量的调整。

This series machine adopts chainless ball bearing construction which ensures stable transfer. It is suitable for bottom edge and arris edge’s grinding and polishing of various flat glasses. The arris edge has high brightness with felt wheel polishing. The controlling system adopts PLC, which can be operated between manually and automatically. The human-machine displays various parameters, such as the glass thickness and processing speed. The transmission speed adopts frequency control, and the main driving motor adopts frequency conversion motor. The machine can grind and clean the rear transmitting plate by itself. The convey guider can lift up/down manually for adjustment of glass grinding
